We kicked off the year at the world’s largest gelato trade show— hashtagSIGEP — one of the most extraordinary events in the confectionery and food industry! 🍦✨
Our digital editor, Inês Coutinho , attended the biggest edition in SIGEP’s 46-year history, catching up with familiar companies, discovering the latest trends across various sectors, and, of course, indulging in endless hashtaggelato. A great start to 2025!
🚅 Shortly after, the CanTech International magazine team— Alex Rivers, Sarah Hills née Rawlinson, and Flora McRitchie headed to France for Paris Packaging Week. With a strong focus on hashtagsustainability, we had the opportunity to attend insightful talks, including one by Tom Giddings from the Aluminium Packaging Recycling Organisation Ltd (hashtagAlupro) on the UK Aerosol Recycling Initiative.
