Spring is sprung

Since my last blog, our Euro CanTech event took place in Milan, and I’m pleased to report that everything went smoothly and the delegates took away a great deal of new information while enjoying some great networking opportunities amid the Italian hospitality. The three-day conference included the popular Candid Forum question and answer session as well as the Euro CanTech awards in which the Ardagh Group scooped the Supreme Cup for its Espresso Monster Coffee Can.

You’ll find a review of the entire event in our upcoming May issue of CanTech International magazine which should be hitting shelves shortly and will be available as a digital link on the website, as well as on the app, by the end of the week.

The May issues of all of the magazines are currently in production as we get ready for an array of events across all sectors for the remainder of this month.

I myself was fortunate enough to attend the Apeal Circular Economy conference in Brussels, Belgium last week; my write-up will be featured in the June issue of CanTech International, so do keep an eye out for that.

Our Dairy Industries International team has just jetted off to Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the International Cheese Technology Exposition (17-19 April), while our Confectionery Production editor will be heading to the World Cocoa Conference (22-25 April) in Berlin, Germany. Additionally, our Food and Drink Technology editor will be off to the Natural Food Show in London next week. The Tea & Coffee World Cup team spent the day at the London Coffee Festival, and are off to Seattle next week for the Specialty Coffee Association expo, joining the editor of Tea & Coffee Trade Journal who flies in from her base in New York.
